The one thing every single frame strategy needs is a way to track the results. Remember, we don’t “set it and forget it;” your frame board needs to be constantly evolving. You should be looking at the performance of your frames very regularly, and making adjustments as you go.

In this session of our step-by-step guide to better frame board management, we’ll examine the routines you need to establish to keep your finger right on the pulse of your optical frame inventory. We’ll look at these critical areas:

  • Opportunities you may be missing for generating more revenue;
  • Frame performance by plan;
  • Revenue trends over time;
  • Average trends over time.

When you know your frame metrics, you can answer the most important questions relating to your optical and frame performance. I will share five of my favorites – questions that keep my frame boards “perfectly in tune” with what’s happening in my practice.
